Ralliant Corporation's Tektronix Service Organization seeks a Manager EMEAI for Services Sales to build and lead a regional structure across Europe, the Middle East, Africa and India. You will work with Regional Sales Account Managers, visit key customers, execute the GTM strategy, and help close top opportunities while coordinating with other functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master degree in business administration or engineering.
• Experience in the eT&M Industry.
• Strong, multicultural people manager.
• Consistent overachievement of quarterly/yearly sales targets.
• Experience in working for a public listed company / Fortune 500.

Responsabilités

• Prepare annual/quarterly regional business plans and manage the sales budget for the assigned region.
• Initiates and implements country sales plans with Regional Sales Account Managers to implement the strategy and GTM and achieve targets.
• Manages this business based on figures and KPIs with weekly/monthly reviews and action plans.
• Implements Value Selling and Challenger sales techniques and related tools.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
