Job summary

• Proven experience in sales engineering leadership in a global, high-growth tech company.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, CS, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Fluent in French and English with strong executive engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the Solutions Engineering team across EMEA Strategic markets.
• Define SE strategy with senior leadership and annual/quarterly planning.
• Engage executives and drive AI-enabled demonstrations and value engineering.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Sales to align roadmap and GTM.
• Represent Atlassian at industry events and build partner relationships.
