Job summary

Semarchy is seeking a Manager of Professional Services for EMEA to lead day-to-day delivery across the region, coordinating internal consultants and subcontracted partners. You will drive scoping, delivery standards, and profitability while partnering with Sales, TAM, and PS leadership to ensure value delivery.

The role requires 6+ years in professional services, strong MDM experience, and fluency in French and English; travel up to 15% within Europe is expected.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Professional Services or consulting in enterprise software.
• 2+ years leading delivery teams.
• Hands-on delivery experience in master data management, data integration, or modern data platforms.
• Experience writing SOWs and estimates, and managing utilization, forecast, and margin.
• Fluent French and English, written and spoken.
• Bias toward time-to-first value and delivery quality.
