Danaher is seeking a Payroll Specialist for the EMEA region focusing on France. You will lead end-to-end payroll for French entities, ensure regulatory compliance, manage off-cycle payments, and drive process improvements across the EMEA region.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of payroll experience in a multi-country environment, with bilingual French and English proficiency. A remote work arrangement is available for this position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, business administration, or human resources.
• At least 5 years’ experience processing complex payroll.
• Bilingual French (native) and English (business).
• Experience with multi-country payroll operations and familiar with statutory requirements.

Responsabilités

• Execute end-to-end payroll for France and other assigned countries within EMEA.
• Ensure compliance with country and local payroll regulations and filings.
• Manage off-cycle payments, adjustments, and final settlements.
• Collaborate on payroll system upgrades, integrations, and standardised workflows.
