Houlihan Lokey is seeking an experienced Payroll Practitioner to manage monthly payrolls for multiple EMEA countries, including France, in a hybrid Paris/UK office setting. You will work with Workday, payroll vendors, and HR to ensure accurate data processing and compliant reporting.

The role requires strong attention to detail, multi-country expertise, and excellent English communication. Prior experience with French and Italian payroll rules is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• 3+ years of advanced multi-jurisdictional EMEA payroll administration.
• Experience with Workday and in-house payroll systems.
• Knowledge of European payroll legislation, including French/Italian requirements.

Responsabilités

• Process monthly payrolls for assigned EMEA countries (France, Sweden, Switzerland, Netherlands).
• Coordinate with outsourcing vendors and audit payroll data for accuracy.
• Respond to employee queries within SLA and document in ServiceNow.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of country payroll laws and tax rules.
