CloudPay France is seeking an experienced Payroll Implementation Specialist to lead end-to-end customer payroll implementations, configure complex payroll rules, run extensive testing, and manage live support with a focus on accuracy and compliance.

You will analyse customer requirements, translate them into system configurations, and ensure successful knowledge transfers between project delivery and operations, while maintaining strong client communication in both English and French.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in English and French are essential.
• Expert knowledge of local legal requirements, statutory forms and reporting.
• Proven experience in payroll software implementation including hands-on system configuration and testing activities.
• Familiarity with Cegedim TeamsRH software or similar platforms is a strong plus.
• Knowledge of the direct management of the entire payroll process in France and international payroll experience.
• Experience supporting both customer implementations and post-go-live maintenance activities for live customers.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end implementation of customer payroll solutions including requirements analysis, configuration, testing, go-live and hypercare support.
• Reconcile pre-processing reports to ensure accuracy before processing payroll.
• Research payroll discrepancies and identify whether issues are process, data, or system configuration related.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain payroll information, files and records to provide up-to-date reference and audit trail for compliance.
• Analyze payroll-related information to ensure accurate distribution of funds and payroll.
