EVERSANA in France seeks a Payroll Administrator to manage local payroll operations and support EU payroll processes. You will collaborate with HR and external vendors, ensuring accurate assignments, filings, and compliance across France.

The role requires strong French payroll knowledge, native French and fluent English, and experience with payroll software and HRIS in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting, HR, or related field.
• 4+ years payroll experience, with 2+ years in France payroll.
• Proficient with payroll software, HRIS, Excel and vendor portals.
• Native French speaker with fluent English.

Responsabilités

• Process, review, and audit France payroll and assist with other EU payrolls.
• Coordinate with HR and vendors for DSN reporting and filings.
• Review payslips for accuracy: gross-to-net, tax, social charges.
• Respond to payroll inquiries from employees in French and English.
• Maintain payroll controls and documentation; support compliance research.
