Euroclear is seeking a Payroll Expert to join the People and Organization Operations team in Paris. You will manage the full payroll cycle for multiple entities in France, ensuring legal compliance, data accuracy, and high service levels for 500+ employees.

Strong HRIS and payroll software skills, plus fluency in French and English, are essential. You will lead payroll processes, collaborate with Finance, Legal, Tax, and HR, and contribute to continuous improvement, automation, and digital

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–8 years of payroll administration experience for a large workforce (~500 employees).
• Strong expertise in French labour and social legislation.
• Proven ability to lead HR projects and manage cross-functional initiatives.
• Subject matter expert in payroll and HR operations.

Responsabilités

• Manage full payroll cycle in France for multiple entities, ensuring compliance and data accuracy.
• Handle employee and management requests, provide guidance and maintain service quality across stakeholders.
• Coordinate HR operations and payroll data across systems; own audits and controls.
• Support system integration and process improvements, including automation initiatives.
