CloudPay is seeking a French Payroll Administrator to join the remote French Operations team. You will contribute to accurate and compliant payroll processing, handle DSN declarations, and support the payroll function during peak periods.

Fluency in French and English, strong Excel skills, and knowledge of French payroll requirements are essential. This role offers remote work within France and a competitive package.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in both French and English (English level: B2 minimum).
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Experience as a payroll administrator or in payroll processing; training is provided.
• Familiarity with French legal payroll requirements, statutory reporting, and forms.
• Strong time management and administrative skills with attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and submit departure documents including the DSN Termination Declaration.
• Follow-up of DSN end-of-contract knockout returns and resolution with Payroll and Implementation teams.
• Prepare and submit DSN declarations of sick leave.
• Follow up on DSN sick leave and related declarations to social insurance.
• Assist the French payroll team during high entry volume periods.
• Update the French Net Entreprise portal with registrants and access authorisations.
• Perform quarterly reconciliations between the SAGE payroll system and Cloudpay G2N report.
• Support day-to-day FR operations and payroll reports, including gender pay gap tasks.
• Follow up on sending DIGIPOSTE pay slips.
