Jobtailor is seeking a diligent onboarding specialist to guide new clients through the firm’s digital tools and e-invoicing workflows. You will create practical reference sheets and deliver training sessions while acting as the liaison between clients and internal teams during onboarding.

Regular visits to clients and hands-on accounting exposure are part of the role. Ideal candidates have strong accounting fundamentals, a proactive mindset, and the ability to develop clear training materials.

Qualifications

• Experience with e-invoicing and accounting basics.
• Ability to create training materials and tutorials.
• Strong client onboarding capabilities.
• Knowledge of how an accounting firm operates.
• Familiarity with tax fundamentals and digital tools.

Responsabilités

• Support new clients in getting started with the firm’s digital tools
• Guide clients in implementing their e-invoicing processes
• Create practical reference sheets, tutorials, and step-by-step guides
• Lead internal and/or external training sessions
• Act as the liaison between clients and internal teams during onboarding
• Identify issues and propose improvements
• Contribute to optimizing the client onboarding process
• Identify clients’ additional needs and communicate them to the designated chartered accountant
• Manage an appropriate client portfolio in order to maintain hands-on accounting experience
• Make regular visits to clients
