Jobtailor in France seeks a dedicated onboarding specialist to guide new clients through the firm’s digital tools and electronic invoicing processes. You will create practical reference sheets, tutorials, and step-by-step guides, and deliver training sessions both internally and to clients.

You will act as the liaison between clients and internal teams from the outset, identify improvements to onboarding, manage client portfolios, and travel regularly to client sites to ensure successful

Qualifications

• Experience in, or understanding of, working in an accounting firm.
• Solid accounting and tax knowledge.
• Excellent proficiency with digital tools and the ability to independently develop new skills.
• Knowledge of, or interest in, electronic invoicing reform.
• Ability to create clear training materials and deliver training sessions.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
• Strong customer focus and commercial awareness.
• Well-organized and autonomous.
• Regular travel to client sites is required.

Responsabilités

• Support new clients in getting started with the firm’s digital tools.
• Guide clients in implementing their electronic invoicing processes.
• Create practical reference sheets, tutorials, and step-by-step guides.
• Deliver short training sessions, both internally and/or externally.
• Act as the link between clients and internal teams from the start of the client relationship.
• Identify issues and propose improvements.
• Contribute to optimizing the client onboarding process.
• Identify clients’ additional needs and refer them to the designated chartered accountant.
• Manage a client portfolio alongside these responsibilities.
• Travel regularly to client sites.
