Jobtailor in France seeks a Client Onboarding Specialist to guide new clients through digital tools, invoicing workflows, and onboarding. You will create educational materials and deliver training sessions, while maintaining close client relationships and coordinating with internal teams.

Responsabilités

• Support new clients in getting started with the firm's digital tools, including the client portal, invoicing software, and document submission platform
• Guide clients in implementing their electronic invoicing processes
• Support clients with connecting to the electronic document exchange platform, submitting invoices, and managing approval workflows
• Create educational materials, including practical reference sheets, tutorials, and step-by-step guides
• Conduct short training sessions for internal and/or external audiences
• Act as the link between clients and internal teams from the start of the client relationship
• Identify issues, suggest improvements, and optimize the client onboarding process
• Identify clients' additional needs and refer them to the designated chartered accountant
• Manage a client portfolio to maintain hands-on involvement in accounting practice
• Travel regularly to client sites
