• Regular travel to client sites required.

Responsabilités

• Support new clients in learning how to use the firm’s digital tools, including the client portal, billing software, and document upload platform.
• Guide clients in implementing their e-invoicing processes.
• Support clients with connecting to the electronic document management platform, uploading invoices, and setting up approval workflows.
• Create practical reference sheets, tutorials, and step-by-step guides.
• Deliver short training sessions for internal and/or external audiences.
• Serve as the link between clients and internal teams from the start of the client relationship.
• Identify malfunctions and recommend improvements.
• Contribute to optimizing the client onboarding process.
• Identify clients’ additional needs and refer them to the assigned chartered accountant.
• Manage an appropriate client portfolio in parallel in order to remain operationally grounded in the profession.
• Collaborate with project managers.
