CybelAngel is seeking an Enterprise Customer Success Manager DACH to own post-sales relationships with enterprise clients in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. You will partner with a Cybersecurity Analyst to drive adoption, renewals, and upsell opportunities across the contract lifecycle.
Fluent German and English are essential, with at least 3 years in CSM/ACM roles in SaaS or cybersecurity. The role offers a fixed gross salary between €50K–€55K plus an uncapped 18% variable, remote-friendly
Qualifikationen
- Minimum 3 years as a CSM or account manager in cybersecurity or SaaS.
- Experience with enterprise B2B cycles and C-level stakeholders.
- Proven upselling, cross-selling and renewals capabilities.
- Native or bilingual German and fluent English (C1+).
Aufgaben
- Manage a portfolio of DACH enterprise clients from onboarding to renewals.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships; identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and mitigate churn.
- Collaborate with Sales, Analysts, Product & Engineering to share feedback and develop solutions.
- Acquire and maintain in-depth technical knowledge of products, tools and processes.
- Strengthen strategic relationships with CISOs and security leaders within accounts.
- Support Marketing by encouraging client participation in references, papers, testimonials, conferences.
