Job summary

HarfangLab in Paris (Île-de-France) is seeking a Customer Success Manager to own client relationships across cloud and on-prem environments, managing around 30 accounts. You will drive adoption, coordinate with Solution Architects, and translate customer needs into product features.

The role offers a total compensation of €45–55K plus a 10% performance-based bonus, with health benefits and a strong European cybersecurity focus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a CSM in the tech industry, ideally cybersecurity.
• Good command of English for international clients.
• Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
• Analytical and synthesis skills to translate client needs into actionable features.

Responsibilities

• Understand client context and maintain regular communication.
• Guide clients through the lifecycle focusing on adoption and operations.
• Present new product features with the Sales team.
• Translate client needs into actionable product features.
