Datadog is seeking an Enterprise Customer Success Manager to drive value for our largest customers. You’ll nurture executive relationships, translate goals into measurable Datadog outcomes, and advocate for customer needs internally to accelerate adoption and renewal.

You’ll collaborate with sales, product, and support teams in a hybrid Paris-based role, travel as needed, and help Fortune 1000-count customers maximize ROI across our observability platform.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a customer success or account management role.
• Experience with Fortune 1000/global brands is a plus.
• Fluent in English and German, written and spoken.
• Willing to travel to customer sites as needed.
