Job summary

CybelAngel is seeking a Sales Development Representative to grow our DACH market. You will qualify inbound/outbound leads, engage with high-level decision makers, and set up meetings for the Account Executives to drive qualified opportunities.

You will primarily prospect via phone, email, and LinkedIn, using AI tools to improve outreach quality. The role offers a hybrid work model with a Paris-area office and remote flexibility.

Qualifications

• Native or near-native German proficiency (mandatory) & English Fluent.
• Strong outbound prospecting experience (cold calling, email, LinkedIn, Event leads)
• Team player and ability to work in a dynamic sales environment
• Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
• Highly motivated and ambitious to succeed in sales
• Experience using AI tools for prospecting and messaging
• Hunter mindset; proactive outreach
• Resilient and tenacious
• Organised and IT literate with multiple tools

Responsibilities

• Research target accounts to identify key decision makers and champions.
• Engage with prospects via phone, email, and social selling to assess needs.
• Overcome objections to secure sales-qualified meetings.
• Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns and lead quality.
• Be a trusted resource for internal and external contacts.
