You will use SAP SD, CRM (MS Dynamics) and EDI, contribute to process optimizations, and support KPI improvements in a dynamic, AI-enabled environment while maintaining high service levels.

Qualifications

• University degree in business or SCM or equivalent.
• Strong written and spoken English and Dutch skills (B2+).
• Experience in international, matrix organizations is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Manage order-to-invoice cycle and handle customer inquiries.
• Collaborate across supply chain and finance to ensure on-time delivery.
• Identify process improvements to boost customer satisfaction.
