KONE is seeking a Sales Support professional in France to assist the sales team with back-office tasks, including tenders, orders, and customer inquiries. You will maintain customer data in SAP and CRM and monitor leads and opportunities. You will also support invoicing and reporting to various managers.

As part of a collaborative and ethical culture, you will contribute to sustainable people flow and help ensure accurate documentation and timely responses for customer requests.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting sales teams in a back-office role.
• Familiar with SAP, tendering tools and CRM.

Responsabilités

• Sales support and back-office tasks (tenders, orders, documents, equipment) using SAP, tendering tool and CRM
• Handle customer inquiries and maintain customer data and hierarchies in SAP + CRM as directed by sales team
• Monitor leads and new opportunities in CRM and assign to the right person
• Follow up on customer approvals of designs and layout drawings
• Maintain sales and tendering tools and master templates as instructed by sales manager / product manager
• Oversee invoicing and monitor overdue payments where applicable
• Provide reports and summaries for sales, marketing, installation, delivery, finance managers, etc.
• Assist in general office tasks and organize customer visits, tasks and events
