Qualifications

• 2- to 3-year higher education degree in business administration, sales, sales administration or related field.
• Experience in Sales Administration, Sales Support or Order Management is advantageous.
• Able to work in a dynamic, multi-stakeholder environment with accurate follow-up of requests.

Responsabilités

• Handle sales administration and order management from quotations through invoicing.
• Coordinate with sales, technical and internal teams to ensure smooth order processing.
• Prepare administrative documents for tenders and manage customer calls/ requests.
