Job summary

Qualifications

• Approximately 4–5 years of relevant clinical applications or technical customer success experience
• Hands‑on experience training and supporting clinical users
• Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, accessible explanations
• Confidence working between clinical stakeholders and technical teams
• Structured approach to issue management, documentation, and follow‑up
• Ability to work autonomously and help build processes as the business grows
• Interest in developing towards broader customer success leadership responsibilities
• Ultrasound or cardiovascular experience welcome, but not essential
• A biomedical engineering/technical background

Responsibilities

• Onboard and train clinical users
• Explain complex product functionality clearly to different clinical audiences
• Support ongoing adoption and help customers embed the product into their workflows
• Help users understand relevant clinical evidence and the product’s potential clinical impact
• Manage customer questions and issues through structured ticketing and quality processes
• Work closely with technical teams to resolve issues and communicate customer feedback
• Help establish repeatable onboarding, training, and customer support processes
• Take ownership of customer needs within an evolving startup environment
