Home Recruitment Ltd is partnering with an innovative AI MedTech company launching a pioneering AI skin scanning platform in France. The Clinical Support Specialist will train physicians, lead site onboarding, and assist clinicians in integrating the technology into routine practice.

You will serve as the clinical face of the platform, delivering expert guidance, collecting real-world feedback, and collaborating with Product and Engineering to refine workflows and user experience across France.

• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to clinicians.

Responsabilités

• Deliver hands-on training for physicians and clinical teams.
• Lead onboarding of new customer sites across France.
• Support clinicians during live AI skin scanning sessions and integrate into routine practice.
• Be the trusted clinical expert and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
• Resolve routine issues and coordinate escalations when needed.
• Gather real-world clinical feedback to improve product functionality and UX.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to support ongoing development.
• Create and update user guides, training materials, FAQs, and knowledge bases.
• Support pilot programmes and early deployments as the tech rolls out across France.
• Help establish scalable clinical education and customer implementation programmes.

You'll become the clinical face of the technology, ensuring customers confidently adopt the platform while helping shape its future through real-world clinical feedback.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging hands-on training for physicians, dermatologists, medical assistants and clinical teams.
• Lead the implementation and onboarding of new customer sites, ensuring users quickly become confident and self-sufficient.
• Support clinicians during live AI skin scanning sessions and help them confidently integrate the technology into routine clinical practice.
• Become the trusted clinical expert for customers, providing ongoing support and building long-term professional relationships.
• Resolve routine customer issues while coordinating technical escalations where specialist support is required.
• Gather customer insights and real-world clinical feedback to help improve product functionality, workflows and user experience.
• Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to support the continued development of this innovative AI platform.
• Create and continuously improve user guides, training materials, FAQs, knowledge base articles and digital learning content.
• Support pilot programmes and early customer deployments as the technology is introduced across France.
• Help establish scalable clinical education and customer implementation programmes as the business continues to grow.

About You

• You'll already have experience in a customer facing role within medical devices, aesthetics, diagnostics, digital health or healthcare technology.
• You'll be confident delivering training to physicians and other healthcare professionals, able to explain technical concepts clearly, and enjoy building long-term customer relationships.
• You'll be organised, proactive and comfortable working within an ambitious, fast-growing business where you'll have the opportunity to influence both customer experience and product development.
• Fluency in both French and English is essential, along with the flexibility to travel throughout France to support customer implementations and training.
