Job summary

CM.com in Paris is seeking a Customer Success Manager to drive onboarding and adoption of our platform for enterprise clients, coordinating a seamless launch and delivering tangible value from day one.

You will collaborate across Sales, Account Management, Product, Marketing and Support to translate customer needs into product lessons, guide deployments, and ensure long-term success in a fast-paced AI-driven environment. Note: permanent work and residence permit for France is required.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, project management or consultancy in SaaS or related tech.
• Strong relationship builder with ability to translate customer needs into product functionality.
• Fluent in English and French with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and implement products across CM.com platform for enterprise customers.
• Coordinate smooth launches and build long-lasting customer relationships.
• Drive AI agents and omni-channel use cases from scoping to go-live.
• Manage lifecycle: business reviews, CS meetings and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Account Management, Product, Marketing and Support.
