Job summary

Diagnoly in Lyon is seeking a hands-on Clinical Application & Customer Success Specialist to ensure onboarding, training and ongoing support for healthcare customers across Europe. You welcome new sites, train teams and ensure the solution is adopted in daily clinical practice.

You will act as the main liaison for customers in Europe, especially DACH, traveling occasionally to meet clients, and coordinating onboarding, training and post-deployment support while aligning with regulatory and

Qualifications

Experience in healthcare, MedTech, medical devices, imaging or healthcare IT.
Strong English; German would be a plus.
Willingness to travel across Europe, including DACH region.
Ability to onboard, train and support healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

Own onboarding of new hospitals, clinics and practices.
Install and configure Fetoly on customer tablets and connect to ultrasound systems.
Support image transfer to PACS and DICOM connectivity.
Troubleshoot tablets, connectivity, HDMI, Android/iOS and IT environments.
Conduct remote and on-site training for physicians and healthcare staff.
Explain installation and usage in English and German.
Serve as main contact after deployment and document activities in HubSpot.
Help improve onboarding, training and support processes.
