Job summary

Greenly is seeking a driven SDR to fuel international growth, starting with the Italian market. You will identify high-potential companies, engage decision-makers, understand needs, and qualify opportunities for Account Executives.

This hands-on role has a direct revenue impact and strong career growth. You’ll master multi-channel outreach, deliver compelling pitches, maintain a clean CRM, and collaborate closely with your Team Lead and AEs.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of concrete sales experience with outbound calling
• Strong interest in ESG/climate transition and rapid learning about the sector
• Love talking on the phone with prospects
• Excellent relational skills: empathy, active listening, and rephrasing needs
• Structured, organized, and rigorous in managing time and pipeline
• Team player, motivated by collective success
• Learn quickly, welcome feedback, enjoy challenges
• Fluent in Italian, French, and English

Responsibilities

• Identify & map ideal prospects within the international market
• Master outreach across channels: calls, email sequences, LinkedIn, events
• Deliver strong pitches and adapt messaging to prospect needs
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads using clear frameworks
• Maintain a clean CRM and track KPIs with ownership
• Collaborate with Team Lead and AEs on pipeline strategy
• Contribute to scripts, processes, and tools
