Greenly is seeking a driven SDR to fuel growth in the French market. You will identify high-potential prospects, engage decision-makers, and qualify opportunities for Account Executives, driving a measurable impact on revenue.

Qualifications

• Already have concrete SDR experience in a full-time position with outbound calling, and understand the fundamentals of prospecting & qualification
• Love picking up the phone and speaking with prospects — hunter mindset
• Demonstrate excellent relational skills: empathy, active listening, and the ability to rephrase needs clearly
• Are structured, organised, and rigorous in managing your time and pipeline
• Are a true team player, motivated by collective success before individual wins
• Learn quickly, welcome feedback, and enjoy being challenged
• Are fully fluent in French and operational in English

Responsibilities

• Identify high-potential companies within the French market
• Engage decision-makers and understand their needs
• Qualify opportunities for Account Executives
• Maintain a clean CRM and track KPIs with ownership
• Collaborate with Team Lead and AEs on pipeline strategy
• Contribute to playbooks, scripts, and process improvements
