Hostelerie de la Pointe Saint-Mathieu is looking for a Chief Party Manager to join BISTROT 1954. This permanent position requires you to prepare culinary dishes while ensuring a high-quality dining experience. You will also manage the kitchen area and enforce HACCP rules.

This permanent position is open immediately. The role requires 41 hours per week, with two consecutive days off.

Responsibilities

• Prepare culinary preparations for the BISTROT 1954 menu.
• Check, set up, and clean the work area.
• Ensure an offering that meets customer demands while respecting kitchen ratios.
• Apply and enforce HACCP rules.

Qualifications

• At least one year of significant experience in a similar position.

Salary will be according to experience. While a minimum of one year of experience is required, candidates with at least two years of experience are preferred.
