The successful candidate will work 38 hours per week in a full-time capacity, reporting to the Executive Chef and ensuring adherence to brand standards, HACCP practices, and efficient service during busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality dishes as Chef de Partie in accordance with menu specifications and recipes.
• Maintain consistent portion control and ensure food safety and hygiene practices are followed.
• Assist with kitchen?operations and support junior staff during service.
• Monitor stock levels and communicate needs to head chef to minimize waste.
• Assist in training and mentoring apprentices or commis during peak periods.
