You will collaborate with Forward Deployed Engineers and Solution Integrators to drive adoption, manage risk, and identify growth opportunities across your portfolio, while building trusted

Qualifications

• Fluent in French and English.
• Solid background in customer success or project management within SaaS.
• Expert in developing and executing customer success plans.
• Experience building relationships with contacts up to the C‑level.
• Strong track record in managing high-value accounts, driving retention and growth.

Responsibilities

• Adoption and value realization: guide customers from contract signing to outcomes using Akeneo solutions.
• Retention: identify risk signs and execute mitigation to ensure long-term retention.
• Expansion: identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across portfolio accounts.
• Engagement: build trusted relationships with client contacts and executives; deliver business reviews and advocacy.
