Job summary

Akeneo, the Product Experience company, is hiring a Senior Customer Project Manager within the Center of Excellence to lead complex, high-impact customer engagements ensuring predictable, timely delivery and outcomes.

You will govern end-to-end programs, align cross-functional teams, mitigate risks early, and drive reusable assets and product improvements while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in customer project management, program management, or delivery roles in SaaS/enterprise software.
• Strong understanding of SaaS platforms, integrations, APIs, and data-driven systems.
• Proven experience scoping and managing complex multi-stakeholder implementations.
• Fluent in French and English; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end governance for strategic customer projects with plans and success criteria.
• Align stakeholders and cross-functional teams; manage communications and escalations.
• Identify and mitigate risks early to protect timelines, scope, and budget.
• Improve estimation, scoping, and transition processes from pre-sales to delivery.
• Drive time-to-value and time-to-go-live across COE-supported accounts.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction throughout project lifecycle.
• Develop reusable add-on roadmap and product improvements.
