Akeneo, the Product Experience company, seeks a Senior Customer Project Manager to lead complex, high‑impact customer engagements within the Center of Excellence. You will ensure predictable, timely, and outcome‑driven delivery across strategic accounts.

You will master customer structures, align cross‑functional teams, mitigate risks, and contribute to reusable assets and the product roadmap. This role emphasizes client satisfaction and operational excellence in a dynamic, hybrid Paris

Qualifications

• 8+ years in customer project management, program management, or delivery roles within SaaS or enterprise software.
• Strong understanding of modern SaaS platforms, integrations, APIs, and data‑driven systems.
• Proven experience scoping and managing complex, multi‑stakeholder end‑to‑end customer implementations.
• Experience working with forward deployed engineering and technical teams, building reusable assets and contributing to the product roadmap.
• Customer‑centric mindset with proactive, solution‑oriented drive to ensure project success.
• Excellent communication skills in English and French.

Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end governance for strategic customer projects with plans and success criteria for on‑time, on‑scope delivery.
• Drive cross‑functional alignment between stakeholders and internal teams; facilitate communication, decisions, and escalation paths.
• Identify risks early (scope, staffing, timeline, data, integrations) and implement mitigation strategies.
• Mitigate escalations and minimize rework to protect customer confidence.
• Contribute to a central knowledge base to drive standardization and global repeatability.
• Refine estimation, scoping, and transition processes from pre‑sales to delivery.
• Aim for reduced time‑to‑value and time‑to‑go‑live across COE‑assisted accounts.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and confidence throughout the project lifecycle.
• Own reusable add‑ons roadmap and related product improvements.
