Job summary

HrFlow.ai is seeking a Business Development Manager to grow topline revenue by engaging recruitment companies and large employers. You will build trusted client relationships, drive demos and quotes, and hand off needs to Professional Services.

The role requires 1–3 years of B2B tech experience and a passion for AI-powered hiring tools. The position offers a competitive salary with variable compensation, plus opportunities to attend an international conference each year and generous vacation

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of proven B2B software experience.
• Strong understanding of SaaS products and services.
• Excellent people and communication skills in English and French.

Responsibilities

• Respond to leads and build your own B2B pipeline.
• Drive momentum through meetings, product demos and quotes.
• Prepare contracts and drive prospects to signature.
• Keep CRM up to date and contribute to BI reports and dashboards.
• Handover client needs to Professional Services.
