Job summary

Pigment is hiring a proactive SDR/BDR to fuel growth across a global SaaS platform. You will develop outreach campaigns, identify decision-makers, and nurture leads into qualified opportunities.

You will collaborate with Account Executives and the Global Head of Business Development to expand our pipeline. You should have a Bachelor's degree, hands-on quota-carrying experience, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in quota-carrying roles (SDR/BDR) and in SaaS is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; German is a plus.
• Strong time management and organisation skills; ability to coach others.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies to target decision-makers and book sales appointments.
• Identify and qualify leads from marketing campaigns.
• Drive growth with Account Executives and the Global Head of Business Development.
• Research prospects to generate interest and build rapport.
• Follow a structured outbound cadence to meet lead quotas.
• Meet or exceed activity targets for outbound calls and hours.
