A multinational engineering firm is seeking an HR Project & Operations Coordinator to support HR initiatives across several Asian countries. This role requires strong organizational and analytical skills, along with proficiency in Excel and communication abilities for a multicultural environment. Fluency in English is mandatory, and knowledge of additional Asian languages is a plus. Responsibilities include managing HR projects, data analysis, creating training modules, and fostering internal communication within the teams.

Qualifications

• First experience in HR and project management is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with a good command of Excel / Google Sheets.
• Ability to create clear and professional presentations.

Responsabilités

• Support the management and rollout of regional HR projects.
• Collect, consolidate, and analyze HR data from multiple countries.
• Assist in the creation and deployment of internal training modules.
• Contribute to internal communication initiatives and regional events.
• Improve and document HR processes and compliance support.
