Qualifications

• 3+ years in application support, software maintenance, or technical support.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Experience with C#, C++ or other OO languages.
• Troubleshooting software applications in production environments.
• Understanding of Windows-based application ecosystems.
• Ability to analyze incidents and identify root causes.
• Fluent French (written and spoken).
• Bachelor's degree or higher in CS, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary contact for customers requiring application support.
• Manage support tickets and ensure compliance with SLA commitments.
• Investigate, diagnose, and resolve software and system incidents.
• Perform remote troubleshooting and technical interventions.
• Implement corrective actions and temporary workarounds when needed.
• Collaborate with development and technical teams on complex issues.
• Maintain accurate documentation of incidents and resolutions.
• Coordinate on‑site interventions when remote support is insufficient.
• Perform preventive maintenance and system audits at customer locations.
• Contribute to improving technical documentation and knowledge bases.
