Jobtailor in France is seeking an experienced Level 2 application support specialist with strong SQL skills. You will diagnose and resolve incidents, analyze data, and explain solutions to business users while collaborating with MOE and support teams.

You will monitor processes, contribute to knowledge base, and promote best practices in technical-functional support. Master’s degree required; you should be rigorous, methodical, and service-oriented with excellent stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent.
• Initial proven experience in application support / technical-functional support.
• Advanced SQL skills, able to write complex queries and analyze data.
• Interest in business processes.
• Rigorous, methodical and curious.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, service-oriented with the ability to communicate with a variety of business stakeholders.
• Ability to simplify technical topics and build trust with users.

Responsabilités

• Provide Level 2 support to users for functional and technical issues, with strong expertise in SQL.
• Handle business-related incidents.
• Analyze, assess/prioritize and resolve incidents, from initial diagnosis to implementing durable solutions.
• Explain solutions and procedures to users and assist them in adopting and using business applications.
• Monitor and supervise processes (interfaces, batches, imports/exports).
• Contribute to documentation, enrich the knowledge base and promote support best practices.
• Collaborate with technical teams, development teams (MOE) and support engineers on major or cross-functional incidents.
