Jobtailor is seeking a junior IT support analyst in Nantes to handle Level 2 requests and maintain documentation. You'll qualify Level 1 requests, resolve Level 2 issues, and update tickets in the system.

Ideal candidates hold a Bac+3 in CS, show early experience, and are proficient with databases, SQL, SOAP/REST web services, Jira and Confluence, and log analysis. This role offers opportunities to grow within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) in Computer Science.
• Demonstrates a first significant experience in the field.
• Experience with databases.
• Proficient in SQL.
• Familiarity with SOAP and REST web services.
• Experience using Jira and Confluence.
• Reading and analysis of application logs.

Responsabilités

• Qualify requests coming from Level 1
• Perform actions to resolve Level 2 support requests
