Job summary

Airbus SAS in Toulouse is seeking a Connectivity Customer Support Engineer (f/m) to join the Avionics Engineering Support team. You will respond to airline queries on daily issues and provide immediate AOG troubleshooting assistance, collaborating with Engineering and Programs to resolve in-service airworthiness concerns.

The role involves on-site work with international travel, involvement in EIS, Maturity & REX feedback, and close interaction with customers to ensure reliability and timely

Qualifications

• Aeronautical Engineering background in ATA 23/44/46 domains.
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
• Ability to work in collaboration with Engineering and Programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide AOG troubleshooting and daily connectivity support.
• Analyze in-service airworthiness issues with Engineering teams.
• Support entry into service and global operator readiness.
• Drive reliability improvements through REX feedback loops.
• Maintain clear communication with airlines during daily operations.
