Job summary

Airbus Commercial Aircraft in Toulouse, France seeks a Connectivity Customer Support Engineer to join our Avionics Engineering Support team. You will handle daily airline queries, provide AOG troubleshooting, and collaborate with Engineering/Programs on in-service airworthiness issues.

You will contribute to product maturity and reliability while supporting operator readiness and worldwide travel for on-site deployments when required.

Qualifications

• Aeronautical Engineering background relevant to ATA 23/44/46 domains.
• Deep knowledge of In-Flight Entertainment and aircraft connectivity systems.
• End-to-end understanding of airline digital and connected operations.
• Diagnostics of complex airborne hardware/software issues and airworthiness assessment.
• Experience with Splunk dashboards and Skywise tools.
• Ability to deliver technical training and on-site deployment.

Responsibilities

• AOG & Emergency Support: respond to airline issues and provide rapid troubleshooting.
• Identify and resolve in-service airworthiness issues with Engineering/Programs.
• Manage operator readiness and worldwide travel for airline training.
• Drive product reliability through REX feedback to design teams.
• Maintain clear communication with airlines during daily operations.
