Job summary

Airbus SAS is seeking a Connectivity Customer Support Engineer to join the Avionics Engineering Support team in Toulouse, France. You will respond to airline queries and provide immediate AOG troubleshooting assistance, relating to in-service airworthiness issues in collaboration with Engineering and Programs.

As part of the role, you will engage in root-cause analysis, support EIS and global mobility, and drive reliability improvements through the REEX feedback loop.

Qualifications

• Advanced background in aeronautical engineering (5-year degree or equivalent) applied to airline connectivity.
• Solid troubleshooting skills for in-service aircraft issues and AOG scenarios.
• Ability to communicate with airlines and internal teams to resolve technical problems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Provide AOG troubleshooting support to airlines globally.
• Analyze in-service airworthiness issues with Engineering and Programs.
• Support operator readiness and on-site deployment where required.
• Contribute to product reliability by feeding feedback to design teams.
