The Issuer Servicing team Paris is part of the Issuer Services business line in ESES.

The EF Issuer Services Team Member is responsible for assisting account holders and issuers in monitoring and solving their pendings linked to BRN (Bordereau de Référence Nominative) with a particular focus to the clients VAS (Value Added Services). May also lead or contribute to projects or initiatives in the areas of continuous improvements, risk and control, client centricity and autonomy.

Job Description

  • Applies relevant controls related to Nominatif activity,
  • Inputs / Updates ERVN (Ecritures Comptables Rectificatives),
  • Interacts with clients (Account holders, Issuers) and carries out investigation where necessary,
  • Closely works with other ESES teams (Client Service, New Issue, Asset Servicing, IT Support, …),
  • Follows up the robot activity,
  • Participates to the cascade of meetings in place (one to ones, team meeting, etc.),
  • Pro-actively informs the team leader and colleagues of any issue or workload that might cause any disturbance on the working environment (especially during the daily touch points),
  • Follows up the French AMF regulator's recommendations,
