Lever, Inc. in France seeks a Director of Professional Services for WordPress VIP to lead a remote enterprise delivery organization, driving migrations, implementations, and complex engagements for major customers.

You will own delivery performance, build AI-augmented capabilities, and develop a repeatable services portfolio while collaborating with Sales, Product, Support, and Account Management. This is a high-autonomy role with significant accountability and impact.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Professional Services, implementation, or related delivery function with leadership experience.
• 5+ years delivering services for enterprise SaaS/PaaS customers, incl. migrations/implementations.
• Proven ability to define offerings, pricing, and repeatable delivery models.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage a Professional Services organization delivering migrations, implementations, and complex enterprise engagements.
• Own end-to-end delivery performance: project health, escalations, customer outcomes, timelines, and scope.
• Build an AI-augmented delivery organization to accelerate execution and increase capacity for complex work.
• Define a portfolio of Professional Services offerings that can be scoped, priced, sold, and delivered with flexibility for enterprise customers.
• Own commercial performance: revenue, margin, engagement pricing, expansion opportunities, and alignment with retention and growth.
• Partner with Sales and Account Management to scope/pricing engagements and smooth sales-to-delivery transitions.
• Set strategic direction and operating plan for Professional Services within Customer Experience leadership.
• Differentiate services with a unique value proposition and evidence of impact.
• Collaborate with Product/Support/Account Management for feedback loops to improve services and platform.
• Represent Services to senior stakeholders and coach delivery professionals through performance management.
