Lever, Inc. in France is seeking a senior AI Architect / AI Engineering Lead to design and build production-grade autonomous and multi-agent AI systems.

You will shape enterprise AI architecture and lead engineering of intelligent solutions that support complex software development workflows. You will work with LLMs, RAG, LangGraph, LangChain, Claude, Claude Code, and GitHub Copilot to deliver scalable AI-powered engineering workflows, with Azure-based cloud infrastructure and strong DevOps

Qualifications

• 10+ years in software engineering and/or DevOps.
• Hands-on, production-grade LLM or agentic AI solution design.
• Strong Java/J2EE and Spring Boot development experience.
• Experience with React and TypeScript.
• Azure cloud and CI/CD familiarity.

Responsabilités

• Lead architecture, design, and development of autonomous and multi-agent AI systems.
• Provide technical leadership across enterprise AI architecture and delivery.
• Design AI agents supporting software development workflows including CI/CD.
• Develop and integrate LLM- and RAG-based solutions with modern AI frameworks.
• Collaborate across engineering, DevOps, and cloud to ensure scalable production systems.
