Lever, Inc. is seeking an AI Process Forward Deployed Engineer based in France to lead enterprise deployments of AI-powered process automation. You will own the end-to-end deployment journey, configure platforms, and build custom agents while coordinating with customers and internal teams.

You will work across Java services and React interfaces, debug integrations, and develop reusable deployment patterns. This role offers a fully remote arrangement with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Extensive production experience delivering enterprise software.
• Strong skills across Java services and React interfaces.
• Hands-on AI technology experience, including agents and prompt engineering.
• Ability to explain BPMN workflows to technical and business stakeholders.
• Comfort working in ambiguous environments and traveling occasionally.
• Experience in customer-facing engineering or professional services is a plus.
• Familiarity with regulated industries is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end deployment journey from initial file to production workflow.
• Achieve operational workflow and improvement loop in initial deployment.
• Build and customize product capabilities, AI agents, and skill files.
• Configure platform environments and troubleshoot distributed systems.
• Develop custom agents and integrations to meet customer needs.
• Collaborate with engineering, architecture, business, and customers.
• Capture lessons learned and create deployment playbooks.
• Train customer teams to operate and improve the solution.
• Contribute engineering insights back to product development.
• Travel occasionally to support engagements.
