Lever, Inc. seeks a Senior AI Engineer to build the internal AI infrastructure and production-grade AI tools in a remote-first, Europe-wide environment. You will own end-to-end backend services, governance, security, and scalable deployment for AI applications across the organisation.

You will collaborate with technology leadership, design reusable AI capabilities, plugins, and MCP integrations, and mentor teams on safe, maintainable AI solutions with strong technical judgment.

Qualifications

• Significant senior-level experience building and operating production backend systems using Go, Python, or a similar programming language.
