Hitachi Energy Ltd. is seeking a Service Sales Specialist for our Service unit in Finland (Vaasa, Lappeenranta, or Vantaa). You will drive service sales in high/medium voltage markets, nurture customer relationships, and identify opportunities to improve asset lifecycle and reliability.

You will own sales cases from initial discussion to quotation and order, while expanding your technical understanding of our products, services, and solutions within a collaborative sales organization.

Formación

• Strong communication and collaboration with customers and internal teams.
• Ability to manage multiple sales opportunities simultaneously.
• Fluent in Finnish and English to engage customers and stakeholders.
• Willingness to learn and understand power systems, transformers, and high-voltage equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular visits and events.
• Identify customer needs and translate them into value-adding service solutions.
• Manage the sales process from lead generation to quotation, negotiation, and order closing.
• Prepare technically and commercially sound offers with internal experts.
