Job summary

Hitachi Energy Ltd. is seeking a Service Sales Specialist in Vaasa, Lappeenranta or Vantaa, Finland.

You will develop and manage customer relationships while driving service sales in high and medium voltage technology, from initial discussions to orders, while enhancing your technical understanding of our products and offerings. You will build trust with customers, translate needs into value-adding service solutions, and collaborate with internal experts to ensure successful project delivery and

Qualifications

• Technical education in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Experience in sales, customer-facing roles, project business, or technical support.
• Interest in customer interaction and building long-term relationships.
• Willingness to learn technical solutions related to power systems, transformers, HV equipment and services.
• Self-driven and able to manage multiple sales opportunities simultaneously.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Fluent Finnish and English.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through active engagement and visits.
• Identify customer needs and translate into value-adding service solutions.
• Manage sales process from lead generation to quotation, negotiations and order closure.
• Prepare technical and commercial offers with experts.
• Support customers in finding technically and commercially suitable asset lifecycle solutions.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure excellent customer experience and project execution.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to support growth.
• Contribute to sales planning, forecasting and targets.
