Job summary

Hitachi Energy Finland Oy in Vaasa invites a Service Sales Specialist to develop and manage customer relationships while driving service sales for high and medium voltage technology.

You will own sales cases from initial discussion through quotation and order, while expanding technical knowledge of our products, services, and solutions to support asset lifecycle needs and long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

• Technical education in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Experience in sales or customer-facing roles.
• Interest in customer interaction and building long-term relationships.
• Willingness to learn electrical power systems, transformers, HV equipment and services.
• Self-driven and able to manage multiple opportunities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Fluent Finnish and English.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through engagement and visits.
• Translate customer needs into value-adding service solutions.
• Manage the sales process from lead generation to quotation and order closing.
• Prepare technical and commercial offers with experts.
• Support customers in finding technically and commercially suitable lifecycle solutions.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders for excellent customer experience and project execution.
• Monitor market trends and contribute to sales planning and targets.
