Hitachi Energy Ltd. seeks a Service Sales Engineer to support the Proactive Sales team in Finland (Vaasa, Lappeenranta, or Vantaa). The role focuses on turning customer needs into practical service solutions, preparing quotations, and coordinating tender activities.

You will collaborate with customers, sales colleagues, and internal experts to ensure solutions meet requirements and standards while supporting profitable growth. Hybrid work is offered.

Qualifications

• Technical background with degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Knowledge of MV/HV substations and related products.
• Experience in sales or customer-facing roles is an advantage.
• Ability to learn power systems and high-voltage equipment.

Responsabilités

• Support Proactive Sales in developing customer opportunities and driving sales actions.
• Prepare technical and commercial quotations, proposals, and tender submissions.
• Coordinate bid activities to ensure accurate and timely submissions.
• Ensure proposals meet customer specs, technical standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify service opportunities and create customer value guiding solutions.
