Job summary

Hitachi Energy is seeking a Service Sales Specialist for our Service Unit in Vaasa with options for Lappeenranta or Vantaa, Finland. You will develop and manage customer relationships, driving service sales and translating customer needs into value-adding service solutions.

In this role you will own sales cases from initial discussion through quotation and order while expanding your technical understanding of our power systems and services. The position offers hybrid work arrangements.

Qualifications

Experience in sales or customer-facing roles is required.
Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
Wamiliarity with technical solutions in power systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular visits and engagement.
Identify customer needs and translate them into value-adding service solutions.
Manage the sales process from lead generation to quotation and closing.
Prepare technical and commercial offers with internal experts.
Support customers in selecting technically and commercially suitable asset lifecycle solutions.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure excellent customer experience and successful projects.
Monitor market trends to support business growth and planning.
